North of Seattle Atheists & Agnostics Meetup is a monthly gathering of atheists, agnostics, skeptics, Humanists, secularists, and believers who enjoy sharing ideas, challenging traditional religious beliefs, and questioning the notion that religion should continue to enjoy respect merely for religiosity sake. Our venue will be in the Edmonds area.

This Meetup Group was founded to organize social events for DART members. The original five members, Greg, Ederlyn, John, Steve, and me, went on our first Damned Atheist Road Trip to Las Vegas in 1997, the second in 1999; it has been nearly ten years since our last road trip to Sin City. The Humanist of Marysville and Everett is a progressive Humainst group dedicated to promoting positive Humanism. Being active in our community should be important to us as Humanist.  We should focus on the positive aspect of Humanism a portray a more favorable image of activism if we are to make Humanism truly accepted in mainstream America in the future. With this in mind the HOME group will promote more activism within it's members.
