R Crumb a renowned cartoonist has illustrated the book of Genesis. Lets get together and go visit and take a look at the great fiction illustrated as the cartoon it really is. Then later on Bobbie Kirkhart is having her 66.6 birthday starting at 4 PM at her new house. Celebration will be with a movie and other activities. This is a fund raiser of sorts for A.U. and there will be a charge of 16.66 dollars. The Hammer muesem is 7 dollars for admission. The Hammer Mueseum is located at 10899 Wilshire Blvd Los Angeles CA 90024. Located on the corner of Wilshire and Westwood 3 blocks east of the 405 Freeway. Hours on Saturday are 11 AM to 7 PM. Free to students with ID.

Greetings to all Moe has graciously opended his home to a Movie night fo the Atheists United South Bay Meetup group. The Details are, Oct 15 2009 at 7PM. Moe has the popcorn and some refreshments.
He will be showing this movie on a large screen plasma TV with surround sond. The experience promises to be just like a movie theater. We came up with a list of possible movies at the last Thursday night meetup. Here is the list of possible movies to select from.
Doubt, about pedophile priests Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Merly Streep.
Taken, A kidnap drama starring Liam Neson
Eagle Eye, super computer goes beserk and tries to take over the world
Gran Torino, Clint Eastwood directed and starred in this one one of his best yet I am told.
The Reader, Kate Winselt stars in this one as an illiterate WW2 camp guard, lots of skin.
Star Trek, The latest reincarnation of the trek series quiet good.
The Brothers Bloom, Dont know anything about this one. There are some rating sites you might visit to help you make your selection. These are imdb.com and rottentomatoes.com.
