Introduction
Hello, Im a 23 y/o atheist. I have been an atheist for a while now. I would like to have discussions pertaining in disbelief of god and religion. I strongly believe that there is no god due to any scientific proof. I believe seeing is believing.
What was your religious upbringing? We know you're an atheist now... But before you thought for yourself, what religion failed at brainwashing you?
I was raised as a catholic. I never really understood anything about religion. When my parents found out that I did not believe in god, they asumed something was wrong with me. Most of my friends are christians and catholics and tried to brainwash me with their non-sence. Theist who know I am an atheist think I am immoral. No matter what they think, I am happier as an atheist. I am glad I wasn't brainwashed into religion. Also, Im glad there are more people out there who I can actually relate to and have similar thoughts with.
