Join us for FOR's regular monthly meeting!

The adult program runs from 1:00p to 2:00p. (Mix and mingle from 12:30 to 1p.) This month’s oratory is from founder Martin Cowen: The Content of Consciousness. Ron Menich presents the Celebration of Talent. Mike Brady will serve as the Master of Ceremonies.

The monthly program is usually followed by a social dinner in a nearby restaurant.

This month also kicks off FOR’s inaugural monthly Children’s Education Program, running from Noon until 3pm. The FOR Children's Educational Program is open to kids, ages 3 to teen. (Older teens may also enjoy and are encouraged to attend the monthly FORum, held simultaneously – see above.) Topic: Barrier, what barrier? Making New Friends, featuring a reading of The Other Side by Jacqueline Woodson, illustrations by E.B. Lewis, followed by activities inspired by this uplifting children's story, including sharing friendship rituals from various cultures and times, playing jump rope and balancing contests.
