    The proposed health care reform bill allows payment to Xtian Science practioners for prayer to cure the sick. There's no scientific evidence to support the efficacy of intercessory prayer in curing illness, but at least people who believe in it are hurting no one but themselves by relying upon hocus-pocus instead of scientific methods of treatment. To now expect that rational taxpayers should be obligated to support this superstition with their money is an outrage. Jeanne Gaudia Hobe Sound
