Wow, I had not heard of *any* of those bands! All the more reason to investigate them...

Well, Meetup didn't give me enough letters to elaborate, but I like stuff that doesn't necessarily aim for mainstream approval. I like a lot of post-punk, and have been on a Residents kick lately. I found an awesome Renaldo & the Loaf record at the store in IC. Those last two bands border on not being music! Listening to "Suicide" right now.

Thanks a lot for posting a shout at me, Brian! Hopefully, as soon as she's able, she'll be accompanying (my wife and) me to secularist meetings, at least occasionally, so that (my wife and) I won't have to miss any on account of her. :) Early RATIONAL indoctrination- -very important.
