First Friday Social

As discussed in the message board, we are going to have ten family-style (yes, that means kids) social events per year, each month - excluding July and December - that will be held the FIRST FRIDAY of each month. This is the first of those events to be held at Lori Griffith's house.

We have a Nintendo Wii for kids (and adults - Guitar Hero forever!) with a few different group games. We do have a back yard and intend to have a couple of things out there weather permitting. We also have 2 medium size dogs and a cat. The dogs can be a bit jumpy and we always appreciate it when our guests are stern with them and do not allow them to do this.

As for the rules that will be the same for all the socials held in peoples' homes. I will provide disposable plates, cups, and utensils. Everyone is else will bring snacks and drinks to share and will be expected to take any leftovers home. Remember, this is suppose to be easy on both the hosts and the guests, so simple, easy snacks are welcome. Also, plan on this being a snacking event, not a dinner.
