IS Family Picnic

UPDATE 6:30AM 4/26/09: KCRG and some other sites say the mid-day (10:00-3:00 or so) will be clear of rain so we will proceed with the picnic as planned.

This picnic will be at F.W. Kent Park just west of Iowa City on Highway 6. It's a nice state park with several shelters around the lake including a playground for children. We will hold an IS picnic/barbecue on Sunday, April 26th at 11:00am.

The picnic will be at the Deer Run Shelter (http://www.johnson-co..., which is near the playground so that will be accessible to us, also. If you would like to bring yard games that would be great (Badminton, lawn darts, etc.).

Please bring side dishes, chips, pop, etc. and the IS will supply the meat, utensils, etc. And hope for good weather!
