Looking to celebrate Darwin Day? Our fellow Space Coast Freethought member George Ricker will be giving a talk to commemorate Charles Darwin's 200th birthday entitled "Why Darwin Was Right & Why It Matters." If you've never heard George give a speech, he always gives an entertaining and informative talk. It starts at 10:30am, but if you get there early the UU church has their current events discussion starting at 9:15am. For more information on George or to read some of his writings, please visit his website at http://www.godlessin america.com/myblogwh atsnew.html . This links to his blog which has a lot of interesting atheist news and thoughts. Meet at the Unitarian Universalist church in Rockledge where many of our fellow atheists and humanists congregate on Sundays. Map to church This meetup is on your own; no need to RSVP.
