You stumbled upon the place where you will find no dogma, no desperate clasping to unsubstantiated claims, and no imaginary friend(s) - just real humans who like to meet real humans in the real world to enjoy reality.
This MeetUp is a social network of the free thinking and freely associating. We do not expect to form any formal "movement" out of it but rather to create a support network. The members of this MeetUp will most probably belong to different organizations serving atheistic or related causes, but let's keep this place open to many flavors of open-minded people. No limiting rules, no programs and no agendas.
The idea is to have a few meetings per month, maybe even weekly, at different locations of the San Francisco Bay Area. Be sure to hound the co-organizers from outside SF to schedule meetings around the Bay Area.
