I had a really nice time talking with people at browns the other day. It was a prety good time had by all.

However I would really have liked to learn about each and every one of us. there simply wasn't time and people talked over others, people got side tracked. nothing horrible, but I was wondering what people think about this idea:

Maybe one person can give a short presentation either about themselves, tell is in more depth that we would normally get as we converse in an attention deficit way. Maybe its just one or two people per meeting.

But presentation doesn't even have to be about the personal history, but maybe even give a short talk on a skeptical subject matter, or an atheism subject that you have had personal experience with.

Well its just a thought, if we drink beer for 3 hours, and we spend 10-20 minutes of that time learning something new from one or two new presenters each week, wouldn't that be nice?

Thoughts?

I like the idea and would be happy to to listen and learn to someone else presenting as well as get up and talk myself, just as soon as my work schedule stops interfering with the meetings. Good suggestion, Robert.
