Poll Opened Responses

Since Saturday's meetup at the clubhouse, I've been thinking about holding gatherings here regularly. I love this venue with its spacious floorplans, the multiple rooms for games, the big screen TV, and the full size kitchen makes it a great place for larger gatherings. The only downside to this is the rental / food fees for accommodating larger groups. I'd like to know if you would like to have regular meetups at this location with a fee of $5 a person or if you'd rather have a smaller venue (like a residential home) with no fee. We most certainly can do both, but I just want to know how many people would be open to fee based gatherings. Personally, I like the club house and I thought it was a great place to meet and talk and get to know one another and I'd like to meet there again in the future!

For the first time ever, T.E.D. is offering live streaming access to the entire conference. T.E.D. is the ultimate thinkers convention. T.E.D. is a conference about science, business, the arts and the global issues facing our world. The main purpose of T.E.D. is to spread ideas. T.E.D. mission statement "We believe passionately in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and ultimately, the world". The speakers at T.E.D. are the brightest thinkers and doers on the planet! These speakers are given the challenge to present the talk of their lives within a time limit of 18 minutes. Usually, the TED conference is invitation only with a waiting list and attendance fee equal to a luxury car. http://www.ted.com/ I am interested in hosting a San Diego T.E.D. mini-conference. T.E.D. has a limit on the number of people per stream. I am taking a pulse to see if anyone is interested in attending. I can provide the meeting space as well as the stream. Philip D. Georgiades II
