The January Atheist Meetup is set! We'll be having it at my home...it's still all set up from our New Years EveParty, very open and airy (we love the new setup!). Since we have a full bar and two kegs of beer left over, I thought for this meeting we'd have a beer and pizza party!

Please bring 5 bucks for pizza. I'll provide the beer (Bass and Guinness), bottled water, plates, cups etc. If you'd like to drink something different, please bring it. I have a few atheist movies to show, or we can watch Michael Moore's "Sicko" (great movie if you haven't seen it). If you have a movie suggestion, please email me, or if you have a movie you'd like to bring, please do so.

Also, please bring any suggestions for our next book club book.

P.S. We've have a lot of new members this month...I was really inundated with requests to join over the holidays (gee...I wonder why?!) so take a moment to greet our newest atheist buddies. Hopefully we'll be seeing many of them at our January meetup.

    i'll probably get there late, but i HAVE to share this "documentary" with you guys - i got this HILARIOUS video that fails miserably to prove intelligent design. it's WAY too funny to not give you guys the opportunity to laugh with me.

    Looks like we're getting a good group together for the next meeting. I should serve beer at all our Meetups! I've just picked up Jesus Camp for one of our movie possibilities. And Doris (one of our new members) may be bringing along a movie as well. Any other suggestions are welcome!
