who was Jesus???

Growing up I had an uncle who was a paranoid schizophrenic. My mother who is an uber atheist learned all about it and I read about it myself. The bottom line I guess is that you can draw a lot of similarities between Jesus and a manic depressive or a paranoid schizophrenic

I don't mean to seem like I'm killing discussion, but generally we're going to try to keep the Meetup message board specific to Des Moines meetups/information/etc.

Topics like this are great, but I think the discussion will be healthier at www.iowasecularists.org, on the forums there, where we can take advantage of not just a local group, but the statewide network of Iowa Secularists.
