- Hey there, my name is Jamie and Im 19. I attend QUT at GP and work at Supanews in the city - look for me :P I've always been an Atheist and looking forward to meeting other Atheists and discussing topics I'm passionate about.
- What do you want from Brisbane Atheist Meetup meeting?

Some people to talk to and listen to about ideas of our society that doesn't involve religion/s. I'm so sick of religion and having my view of not believing in one being criticised.
- Why or how did you become an Atheist?

I never "followed" a religion as long as I can remember. My mum and grandparents are religious but they never pushed it on me. I can remember it really starting in primary school - I would question my RE teacher with tricky 'creation' skepticism ;P
