The Flying Spaghetti Monster has decreed that each 5th Sunday should be celebrated by holding a spaghetti dinner. To honor his noodleyness, Minnesota Atheists will be hosting a Building Fundraiser with all you can eat pasta, desserts, drinks, and fun! Who knows? Maybe you can chat it up with a board member? Maybe you'll hear tales of freethought days gone by? If you didn't make it to the American Atheists conference, you can hear play by plays from attendees.

If you have never been to a meeting, dinner, happy hour, movie night, etc., the Spaghetti Dinners are a great way to get to know other people in the community. For only $6.66 you support a great cause and have fun, what a deal!

You can arrive anytime from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and food should be served until at least 7:30 PM that night.

George lives in an apartment complex with two large buildings just south of Larpenteur. You can park in the rear and sneak between the two buildings and into the Party Room.

Feel free to bring friends and kids. I hope to see you there!

This was the best turnout we ever had for one of these functions and we raised $1,100 for the Building Fund. Lots of new people; lots of conversation and fun. The poor cooks did a heroic job trying to keep up but in the end I think everyone was delightfully full. Long live the Flying Spaghetti Monster!

Fun- great group. A bit crowded :-) Food was really good-I loved that wine was available.
    •  A little crowded, but we'll have to make due until we can use a larger facility.
    •  It was terrific and good to talk to and meet many Atheists. This event will be on the top of my list for attendance in the future.
    •  It was a wonderful event. There should be one every week.
