Atheists in the Bible Belt frequently find themselves outnumbered and it helps to get together with others that don't believe in Thor, Allah, the Volcano God, Zeus, the Tooth Fairy, Satan, the Easter Bunny etc.

So many of our neighbors, coworkers, friends and relatives are Atheists yet we don't realize it because we don't communicate. WE NEED MORE COORDINATION!

This is a great place to share information about philosophy, religion, politics, psychology, current events and education.

We come from many religious backgrounds, have varied political beliefs and have different educational levels.

We generally meet twice per month and you're welcome to attend any of our meetings. You're also encouraged to share your opinions on the message boards.

We are working to put a positive face on atheism in our community while working on church-state separation issues.

We'll trust that you're here for the honorable reasons. It's not uncommon for people to join groups like this with the intention of recruiting for their particular cult or, as they usually prefer to call it, "saving souls".
