I'm a photographer and web designer who enjoys hiking, computers, games, and cats of all sizes. Webmaster for FreedomsPhoenix.com and FreedomSummit.com. I am a registered Libertarian who doesn't vote, and I believe in Nature, not gods or mysticism.
I had a very wise mother who encouraged me to think for myself and make my own decisions about religion. She ultimately became as much of an atheist as I am today.
I discuss and encourage libertarianism with anyone who is interested in listening -- when I'm not busy living my own life.
Freedom means being able to live my life exactly as I choose to live without others imposing their values on me, whether through interference by nosey neighbors or well-intentioned friends and relatives, or the all-knowing wisdom of Big Brother himself in the form of a not-so-benevolent to outright-tyrannical government inflicted upon us at all levels.
I never "worshipped" either of them. I was an agnostic at 12, and turned atheist by 20, but I questioned the validity of the government's extortion called "taxes" when I was 6. Humanity's biggest failure is government and worst invention is "God".
A bunch of great folks who I can relate to, and who have reasonable opinions and beliefs that I can respect.
