Mark your calendar and save the date. This will be our summer camping trip. It will be a two night event, but feel free to come late or leave early if you wish. We will plan to meet Friday afternoon June 27th and depart Sunday June 29th. Check-in at the campsite is 2:00 pm on Friday. It is a group campsite located a few miles south of Prescott called Upper Wolf Creek. Click the following link for details of the location:

From Prescott, Arizona, take Forest Road 52 south for 7.5 miles, turn right onto Forest Road 97, travel for 3/4 mile to Upper Wolf Creek Group Camp.

We will be soliciting teams to coordinate meals and various tasks. A sign-up list will be emailed to everyone who RSVPs "Yes" and pays their fees.

FEES

Shared costs for this event are $25 per person, 15 or older, and $15 per kid, 14 or younger. Includes campsite fees for the whole weekend and meals! You can pay with PayPal on this page above, or pay Marc at the May meeting at his house. Please sign-up and pay as soon as you can so we can make our plans early and most efficiently.

TRANSPORTATION

Anyone who would like to share a ride up and back can email Tyger and he will try to connect drivers and riders. Indicate what part of the Valley you live in, how many you can accommodate and provide your email address or phone number.

    You are welcome to bring your own food, too, but the fees include your meals. I don't think you will be disappointed in the chow.

    Regarding food, cooking, etc. The topic came up regarding people doing certain tasks at the camping trip. I volunteered last night to cook breakfast for the Saturday morning. However, maybe it would be better if we all just brought our own food rather than doing this collectively.
