Well, let's see, I'm 23, so I guess 23 years. The concept of a god never really even occured to me as anything other than a story, but I have become a concerned activist as I see this concept having such drastic implications.
- Ok, so why do you "hate god"? (joking!)

Waaaaayy too many reasons to list, but the general gist of it is the core of "faith" which is believing things without any good reason to believe them. The fact that faith is considered a virtue has profound and disastrous implications.

No, not really. Just looking to get out and make friends, and an athiest meetup seemed like a good place to start.
