Introduction: I try to be very active in the local atheist community and contribute however I can. I remember how tough it was just a few years ago to find anyone that I could 'talk atheist' with, so I think groups like this are very important for us.
Where did you hear about this meetup group?: I think I was just trolling Meetup.com when I stumbled across it.
What do you hope to find?: Would be fun to meet new people, share some laughs and perhaps some mutual interests.
How long have you been an atheist (or agnostic)?: Despite the best efforts (appeals to emotion, prayer, prosthetylizing, sermons, Chicktracks, etc) of my well-meaning Chr*stian friends, I've been an atheist since 1996.
Ok, so why do you "hate god"? (joking!): I don't hate God. It's those of His followers who use love-bombing or intimidation and fear tactics to force their beliefs on others that concern me.
Would you like to add anything else?: I'm always on the lookout for good electronica/industrial/drum and bass tunes!
