  •  The second generation--Byron, Shelley, Keats, though I do appreciate Wordsworth. I haven't read anything by Blake or Coleridge in a long time.

  •  HI Dean!
Have you watched the movie "Blindness"? I read the book and saw the movie. As much as I like Saramago, I confess I had a hard time in reading the book... quite shocking... I prefer his fantastic stories, have you read any of them?

  •  Dean, you're correct! It's Sedona. I love Sedona's magnificent landscape!

  •  Hi Dean! Yeah, I got out of Penderbrook in July but I'm close by in Fairfax City. I'm in a real neighborhood here that is much quieter...I can sleep at night!

  •  Actually I didn't, ha.

  •  Oh Dean! Do I ever. But I think in bringing that story to film, despite a wonderful cast, we missed some of the nuances of the book. this happens frequently. My impression is that sue to linguistic or perhaps cultural barriers, the Italian director was not able to approximately coach incredible performances from his American actors. Regardless, I embrace the film. Do you have Netflix..... I have a PB movie that will rock your world!!!

  •  Aloha Dean I am on a first name basis with several of their brews. I do prefer Kona Brew goes better with the Ukulele but Dogfish seems to work just as well. I only wish they did a little more acoustical music and less LOUD rock on the weekends but then of course when you are competing with the loud bar crowd I guess LOUD Music is correct. Have you tried Nala. It is sort of a take off onHawaiian Food down in Dewey. It is OK but parking is YUCK!
Hope to meet up some time

  •  Hello, Dean. Is your last name McNamara? I can't see it on your profile. My grandfather McNamara was from Ireland; my father was born in a suburb of London, then came to New York City in the steerage compartment of an ocean liner at the age of 9 months. That was 6 months after Titanic sank on the same route. I live in Vienna, VA. Where are you? My email is: [masked] Feel free to write, if you like. Neil
