Picnic honoring AHA president Mel Lipman as he retires to Florida: There is no speaker, but perhaps some tributes to Mel for all he has done for Humanism and Freethought.

The picnic will be held at the Wayne Bunker Memorial Park, 7351 W.
Alexander Road (SW corner of Alexander and Tenaya)

    Wouldn't miss it. With all that Mel has contributed to "the cause," it would be great to have a huge turnout.

    "Well organized and thoughtful. Venue was perfect. Could not ask for a better place. Weather was excellent. The attendees were well behaved and civil. Well, seriously a fine send off for Mel and Anita. Can't believe that they are actually moving ! ! ! Please, enough losses. Good food. People had poor appetites. Too much left over................ Hugs."
