Hello all,

I try to attend the meetings as much as possible, but for a while my work schedule just didn't work, and luckily that's changed now. You all may or may not notice me much, since I don't speak up often, but I thoroughly enjoy listening to everyone's point of view.

Meetup.com is obviously a great resource, but I've been thinking lately about how it would be beneficial for the group to have its own website. It could be in addition to meetup, or as a replacement. It could have things like forums and updates like we already have with meetup, but it would also allow us to do a lot more. Things like links to good atheist podcasts, and it would give us an even better internet presence.

So I'm just curious if anyone would be interested in such a site, and if so, what all should go on it. I've registered LouisvilleFreeThinkers.com, org, and net, and I can host the site and design it for free.

Let me know what you all think!

Thanks,
Jake

Hi, Jake!

I am interested in such a website, if it could provide for high-quality (serious) dialogue about freethought that the public-at-large could peruse without having to "join" (and could "join" if they wanted to contribute to or participate in the dialogue, not just "follow" the dialogue).
