Introduction
I've joined this group before but due to my work schedule have been unable to attend any meetings. Good News! the schedule has changed so I will finally make my first meeting. Atheism can be lonely. Like-minded friends are needed.
How would you describe your philosophical stance?
I'm an atheist that believes in many things. I'm a very simple person with simple ideas. I also believe it is important for atheists to come out of hiding and shout their good sense from the rooftops.
What issues are important to you?
The separation of church and state. Legalization of marjuana and humane treatment of pain.

Not being able to make the meeting.
"Hope to hear a little about some of the discussion that went on at the 09-15 meeting. I was looking forward to going and had to work late for the first time in months. I'm so disappointed."
