What is an atheist? The dictionary definition is as follows:

atheist: one who believes that there is no deity

The Indy Atheists group goes beyond the dictionary term and allows each person todefine for themselves what their belief or lack of belief encompasses.

We do not discriminate against anyone based on race, gender, age, disability, political affiliation, philosophy or sexual orientation. All are welcome to attend our meetings and offer their own point of view or personal philosophy.
