We don't have a message board per se, but there are several message boards that are frequented by a large number of freethinkers.
I would have recommended IIDb couple of months ago, but there was a massive meltfdown following some moderator heavy handedness. But leaving that one aside, there are following groups that have a fair amount of membership -
1. Talkrational
2. Heathen-Hangout
3, Freethought-fellowship
4. Freethought-forum
